Cara membuat nasi ala Jepang dengan rice cooker
Masukkan beras yang telah dicuci ke dalam penanak nasi dan tambahkan air. Rendam beras di dalam air setidaknya selama 30 menit hingga satu jam. Satu jam adalah waktu ideal.
Nyalakan rice cooker.
Setelah selesai, matikan rice cooker dan biarkan penanak nasi tersebut mengukus selama sekitar 15 menit sebelum membuka tutupnya.
Aduk nasi dengan spatula nasi dan sajikan dalam mangkuk nasi.
Masukkan beras yang telah dicuci ke dalam panci. Rendam beras di dalam air setidaknya selama 30 menit hingga satu jam. Satu jam adalah waktu ideal.
Tutup panci dengan penutup dan didihkan dengan api besar. Kecilkan api dan masak sekitar 20 menit atau sampai air hampir habis.
Matikan api dan biarkan nasi dalam panci selama sekitar 15 menit sebelum membuka tutupnya.
Aduk nasi dengan spatula nasi dan sajikan di mangkuk nasi.
