5. Heimerdinger
Kled is a champion that that likes to get in close to deal his damage, and Heimerdinger is a champion that can make Kled's existence miserable. It'll be a miracle if Kled can even last in lane without dropping Skaarl a few times.
4. Malphite
The new Malphite rework comes with a 'Cripple' debuff, reducing enemies' attack speed. Kled's Violent Tendencies can be made less effective if Malphite uses his cripple while Kled's passive is up, reducing a huge portion of Kled's damage.
3. Ornn
Ornn is becoming increasingly popular in League of Legends. This was a match up that Kled use to win very easily, but it's somehow been flipped on its head, and the sudden change has seemingly come out of nowhere. Nevertheless, Ornn has a good win rate against Kled.
2. Fiora
Aside from the fact that she heavily out scales Kled, Fiora's Riposte can swing a fight against Kled in more ways than one. First, she can use it to stun Kled when he uses his Q, giving her an escape or an opening to attack. She can also use it to resist the knock back from Kled's ultimate, or block half of the damage from Kled's Violent Tendencies.

Shen's Twilight Shroud will block all damage from Kled's Violent Tendencies, making the passive useless. On top of that, since Kled has no control on when that ability is off cooldown, Shen's taunt can force him to take unfavorable trades when it's down, or force him to use his passive when it's least convenient for Kled.
