5. Thresh
Thresh is a champion with a high amount of kill threat, making it extremely dangerous for Senna to harass him in lane due to her slow auto attack timer. If she gets caught once, back into the lantern she goes.
4. Zyra
Senna has some sustain in her kit, but not enough to deal with the likes of Zyra. The amount of poke Zyra dishes out is close to unbearable for her. Pair that with Zyra's strong all in potential and Senna has to watch her step.
3. Soraka
In addition to Zyra, Soraka is also extremely good at being annoying and poking Senna down. The only difference is Soraka lacks to the kill potential to make it mean anything. Although, Soraka does have a lot of heals and three times the amount of sustain Senna does.
2. Nautilus
Back to all-in champions. Nautilus has been the strongest support all year long, this match up is another one that goes in his favor. Like Thresh, his hook and large amount of CC makes him a kill threat.
1. Blitzcrank
The Blitzcrank into Senna match up might be the simplest game of rock, paper, scissors ever. You hook Senna and she dies. You don't hook her, and she lives. So, try your best to hook her.
