Destiny 2's newest quest, At Your Fingertips, was released Tuesday, and here's how to complete it. This quest is a continuation of last week's exotic quest Presage, which took you to the ghost ship Glykon and rewarded players with the exotic Scout Rifle Dead Man's Tale. Completing the At Your Fingertips quest rewards players with that gun's catalyst.
Destiny 2: How to Complete the At Your Fingertips Quest
To even start this quest, players first need to complete the Presage quest and obtain Dead Man's Tale. After that, they should go to Zavala to pick up the At Your Fingertips quest. Apparently, Osiris discovered a replacement trigger for the weapon and players will need to go back to the Glykon to get it. This sets the stage for the mission for this quest, which is a master variant of the Presage mission that has a power level of 1320. So it's not gonna be easy.
Although the quest is mostly the same in terms of what players need to know, there's some new lore and story that comes with it. The enemies are also a lot tougher, there are some added modifiers to make things harder on players, and to top it off, there's a timer for this mission. Whereas the original Presage mission can be completed solo, it's highly recommended players find a fireteam for this one.
What Does the Catalyst do?
The reward for this quest, the catalyst, makes Dead man's Tale far more versatile. It activates a perk called Dark-Forged Trigger which increases the hip-fire rate and removes any hip-fire accuracy penalties. It takes 800 kills to unlock, and essentially turns this gun into the scout rifle version of the Last Word Hand Cannon.
This new quest is the latest piece of content for Destiny 2's Season of the Chosen, which released Feb. 9.
