Prepare to be wowed by this smoldering seductress at the beachfront Faena Hotel. Argentine grill master Frances Mallmann and his crew use flame and smoke to prepare meats and seafood, but the real star is a drop-dead gorgeous setting. The formal dining room, with leopard-skin banquettes and heavy drapery, evokes Paris, but the 108-seat tropical veranda is pure South Beach playfulness.
