Western New York is his native home thus Lam loves things in winter, especially Lake Effect Snow. When he is not in Rochester, Carl can be found forecasting weather in CFTR-AM in Toronto, and WGRZ-TV in Buffalo. In addition, the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society endorsed him.
