OCEAN RIDGE
The son of actress Carol Channing has filed suit against the estate of his late adoptive father and his mother for the deed to an Ocean Ridge home he says his parents gave him.
The action comes as a California probate court is divvying up Charles F. Lowe’s estate, according to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
Lowe died in September at the age of 87.
Channing Lowe, an editorial cartoonist with the Sun-Sentinel, was given the three-bedroom house in March 1995, but his parents never handed the deed over to him, the complaint states.
