In January this year, the pair were spotted arm in arm in New York, then sharing a smooch at Universal Studios in LA a week later, as seen in video footage obtained by TMZ. Sui Wonders and Davidson made headlines again over the weekend, but for something much more serious: the two were involved in a car accident in Beverly Hills, with news outlets thankfully reporting that neither was hurt in the crash.

Born to relatively low key parents and growing up just outside Detroit, Sui Wonders may seem like a new face on the showbiz scene, but her roots are firmly grounded in fashion thanks to her talented aunt, Anna Sui.
Her father, Eddy Sui, is reportedly involved in his sister’s self-titled fashion brand.
The Chinese-American designer is renowned for her quirky, punk femme-grunge aesthetic and her designs have often been the garment of choice for A-listers from Gigi Hadid to Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
“When we were little, we would sit front row, but on the ground,” Sui Wonders told W Magazine in 2017. “In some videos, you can see us on the runway crawling around and fighting.”

She’s a Harvard graduate – and a comedian
Sui Wonders didn’t just inherit the fashion gene – clearly the business brains are there too. She graduated from Harvard with a bachelor’s degree in film studies and production in 2018.
Much like her Saturday Night Live beau, Sui Wonders also has a flair for humour. During her studies at the Ivy League university, she took up comedic writing for The Harvard Lampoon to overcome a “scarring experience” during her first year at the university, she told The Face.
She’s an up-and-coming actress
“I think the funniest comedy is born from characters who take themselves very seriously and don’t have any self-awareness, in the grand scheme of things,” she told The Face on the latter film’s depiction of privileged kids.
Besides acting, Sui Wonders also counts directing and writing as skills on her résumé. Her sister Jeannie also happens to be a film director. Chase was also previously romantically linked to fellow actor Charles Melton from Riverdale.

Sui Wonders also loves watching (and playing) sports, and hockey is one of them, as evidenced by photos on her Instagram page. The couple has even shared their passion for the sport by attending a New York Rangers game in February – where they were spotted holding hands again.
She’s a budding fashionista
Yes, it runs in the family, but Sui Wonders wasn’t always a fashionista, by her own account. “I was a big tomboy,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “So I wore khakis and sweatshirts.”
Clearly, her style is evolving as she attends luxury brands’ red carpets and fashion shows. So far, going off her Instagram, she’s sported lots of Miu Miu, some Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Jimmy Choo, and of course, Anna Sui.

Back in 2022, when Davidson was still dating Kardashian, Sui Wonders sung his praises when asked about what it was like working with “pre-Kim Pete” during filming. “He’s hilarious!” she told The Face. “We had a lot of dark exchanges in the movie, so it was nice to have some relief outside of that, to have a good guy who can bring levity and humour to the role.”
In January, a rep for Davidson claimed that the two were “just friends”, though a lot seems to have changed since then.
