A jury allegedly deliberated for only 15-minutes before propelling this couple into the headlines and giving them their 15-minutes of fame — and shame, reports the Bradenton Herald.
A Manatee County jury drew their line in the sand and found Jose Caballero, 40, and Elissa Alvarez, 20, guilty of having sex on the beach last summer, all caught on a witness’ video, records show.
Defense lawyers reportedly argued that Alvarez had merely been dancing on Caballero to wake him up.
Looks like they should’ve saved their passion for some dancing in the sheets — inside.
