Haxorus evolution in Pokemon Sword and Shield comes from the lovable Axew. Haxorus has been in the Pokémon scene since Generation 5 (Pokémon Black and White) and returns in Generation VIII as strong as ever.

Haxorus Evolution Pokémon Sword and Shield
There are two ways to get a Haxorus in your Pokemon Sword or Shield game. First, you can evolve an Axew (found at Axew's Eye, Route 6, or Hammerlocke Hills) into Fraxure at level 38, and then into Haxorus at level 48.

Second, you can catch a Haxorus in the wild, though it's more difficult to find. You can find Haxorus at the Lake of Outrage only during a thunderstorm. And even then, there is only a 5% chance you will find one. The wild Haxorus will be at levels 55-58.
Haxorus Stats Pokémon Sword and Shield
Haxorus has the abilities Rivalry, Mold Breaker, and Unnerve. The Dragon type has a base HP at 76, 147 Attack, and 90 Defense. Haxorus Special Attack and Defense are 60 and 70, respectively. Haxorus rounds out at a base 97 Speed.
