LAUDERDALE LAKES — A man getting out of his car in the parking lot at Cambridge Square apartments, in the 3800 block of Northwest 21st Street, was robbed at gunpoint by two men, the Broward Sheriff’s Office reported.
According to the report, both robbers were carrying guns, at least one of which was a rifle. The victim was ordered to get down on the ground, while one of the robbers searched the victim’s clothing and stole his car keys. The victim then was ordered to get up and face a wall, and one of the robbers stole $85 and a gold chain. The victim was told he would be shot if he moved, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The robbers fled in two different cars, one of which was the victim’s, the Sheriff’s Office said.
