Metro Exodus Duke is a character that players will need to save and keep alive in order to get the Full Strength trophy. Whatever happens to Damir, Alyosha, and Duke will determine the kind of ending players get. Here is how to save Duke's life for the Duke trophy and the Full Strength achievement.
Metro Exodus Duke: How to Save Duke's Life
To make sure that Duke survives, players will need to have a good relationship with the locals. The morale needs to be positive or neutral, and not anything lower. To maintain that, players shouldn't kill any cultists. Should the player do anything to cultists other than knocking them out, it will lower morale. It isn't known yet if there is a certain amount of cultists that can be killed before morale is lowered too far.
Players will be able to kill bandits, however. As long as players maintain a good relationship with the locals, Duke will survive.
Keeping Duke alive will unlock the Duke trophy. If players manage to save Duke, Damir, and Alyosha alive, they will then obtain the Full Strength trophy.
