My students are amazing! I have a very diverse group of special needs learners in the pre-school to second grade age range. I have to implement a variety of strategies to meet the needs of each individual and encourage them to be their best. Each child is encouraged to learn at their own pace and on their level. Understanding is the key to learning, and that's not something that can be rushed. My goal is to continuously enhance the overall classroom experience for my children by building our environment around their needs. Making our classroom as safe, welcoming and comfortable as possible, while invigorating their excitement to try new things!
