Nature Lady Pokemon Let's Go: How to Unlock Your Pokemon's Max Potential

Nature Lady Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon: Let's Go Eevee is the secret to unlocking each of your Pokemon's maximum potential. Known in-game as the fortune teller, this character found in Celadon City's Pokemon Center has the power to manipulate your Pokemon's personality to make them even more powerful. Here's how it works.

What Are Natures?

Natures are specific personalities inherent to Pokemon you capture. They influence what stats will improve the most on each Pokemon. For example, a Pokemon with an Adamant nature will have higher Attack, but lower Special Attack.

How Do I Choose Natures?

Most of the time, players can't choose natures — Pokemon are encountered with their natures already decided. The Nature Lady, or fortune teller, can decide what kind of natures you'll face for the next day.

If you pay the fortune teller 10,000 Poke Dollars, she'll ask you to water one flower type and to thin a second flower type. These are coded questions to determine what kind of natures you'll come across until midnight in the real world, at which point you'll have to pay again.

What Do the Flowers Mean?

Each flower represents a different stat:

- Red represents Attack

- Blue represents Special Attack

- Yellow represents Defense

- Green represents Special Defense

- Pink represents Speed

When answering the fortune teller's questions, water the flower that corresponds with the stat you want raised in your Pokemon. Then you'll have to decide which flower to thin, which will lower the stat it corresponds with. So, for example, if you desire a Pokemon with an Adamant nature, water the red flower (raising attack) and thin the blue flower (lowering its special attack).

Watering and thinning the same flower will result in a neutral, balanced nature.
