What he says: I tried to tie in the natural organic concept of our food to the bar and deliver a drink that is both pleasurable and also cleanses your palate before your meal. It is not too sweet or too bitter, just very clean.
How: Muddle 1 slice of cucumber, watermelon and honeydew in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with a small pestle or spoon. Add a small splash of watermelon vodka. Fill another shaker with ice and add the organic vodka. Add muddled fruit. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of European cucumber.
