Gedung milik PT Putragaya Wahana (PGW) tersebut dirancang setinggi 382,9 meter dan sudah rampung sejak tahun 2022.
Associate Director Marketing and Sales PT Putragaya Wahana Anggun Melati mengatakan Autograph Tower sudah beroperasi melalui seremoni soft launching sejak bulan Desember 2022.
Anggun menyampaikan memasuki tahun 2023, tenant-tenant yang ada di dalam gedung juga sudah memulai operasionalnya.
"Autograph Tower saat ini dalam periode soft launch dan sudah operasional. Untuk office juga sudah beberapa lantai di-occupy. Namun untuk public attraction dan hotel belum," ungkap Anggun saat dikonfirmasi Kompas.com, Senin (6/2/2022).
Ia menambahkan, rencananya tahbis sebagai gedung tertinggi di Indonesia ini akan didaftarkan ke Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) pada Agustus 2023.
Thamrin Nine berada di lokasi yang sangat strategis dan dikelilingi pusat transportasi publik, seperti halte Transjakarta, yang terkoneksi langsung ke MRT, dan Commuter Line sehingga memberikan kemudahan akses menuju Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.
Karena didukung sejumlah fasilitas lengkap, pembangunan mixed use Thamrin Nine ini menelan investasi senilai Rp 7 triliun.
Kawasan ini menawarkan banyak pilihan bagi warga Jakarta, mulai dari tempat tinggal, gedung olahraga, pusat ritel dan hiburan, perkantoran, hingga hotel berbintang 4 dan 6.
Gedung ini terdiri atas 75 lantai dengan luas rata-rata 84.267 meter persegi. Sementara luas setiap lantainya adalah 1.123,56 meter persegi.
Dikutip dari laman JLL Indonesia, untuk sewa ruang kantor di Autograph Tower, rata-rata biayanya mencapai Rp 258.000 per meter persegi.
Beroperasinya Autograph Tower sekaligus menyingkirkan Gama Tower, yang selama ini merupakan gedung tertinggi di Indonesia.
Gedung yang berlokasi di jalan Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta Pusat tersebut merupakan milik Gama Land yang menjulang dengan ketinggian 282 meter.
