Sekiro Purification ending is one of four that players can see when they complete the game. It's one of the most positive endings in terms of how things shake out for the characters and the world they inhabit, but it's also fairly tricky to unlock. Here's how to get it. Spoilers ahead.
Beat sekiro, might start ng+ in a few days and try for a different ending.

Sekiro Purification Ending: How to Get it
To get the Purification ending, start by staying loyal to Kuro and defeating Owl. Once that fight's completed, head to Isshin Ashina's place by following the smoke signals on the Ashina Castle roof. Eavesdrop on him and Emma.
Rest, then go to Kuro's room and eavesdrop on him. Rest again. Find Emma and talk to her about Kuro. Warp to the Old Graves Idol to find Emma and talk to her again. Go to the Dilapidated Temple and talk to both Emma and the Sculptor before sneaking around back to eavesdrop on the two of them.
Talk to Emma one last time to receive a bell. Take the bell to the Buddha statue and use it. Return to the room formerly occupied by Lady Butterfly and defeat Owl again. Completing this last step should unlock the Purification ending.
