Good news for Broward teachers with great ideas for innovative math or science programs!
There could be money to fund your program – thanks to $25,000 corporate gift to the Broward Education Foundation, a nonprofit arm of the School Board of Broward County.
The Wells Fargo Teacher Grants in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math will range from $200 to $2,500 and will be awarded in December.
Applications for this and other BEF Teacher Grant Funds are already being taken and must be submitted by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011.
