Trudi Cogdell, c., is a patient with terminal cancer at Maggie's Cancer Caring Center at Charing Cross Hospital in West London. Trudi and her children Maysie ,8, l., and Presley, 5, r., who was named after Elvis, were very happy to meet the First Lady, who signed the card on the left while the card at right is signed by the Prime Minister's wife Sarah.
