Warframe’s Upcoming Lua’s Prey Update Release Date Revealed

Void Adornment Digital Extremes (DE) has announced the release date of Lua’s Prey, Warframe’s next update, which also includes Voruna, the new wolf-themed Warframe.

DE also released an official cinematic teaser for Lua’s Prey. In the teaser, we see the return of the Worm Queen, last seen in The War Within quest, playing cards with the head of a dead Grineer Commander.

However, a Drahk Master and his canine-like companion interrupted her card game and asked the Worm Queen where they were going to hunt, while struggling to hold back the chained and restless Drahk.

The Worm Queen replied with Lua, Earth’s moon, which was introduced and made available to players in the Second Dream quest. She then threw a piece of Prex card towards the Drahk. A camera zoom in further revealed it to be a card of Voruna, which teases her relevance in this quest.

As reported previously, Lua’s Prey was originally a part of Duviri Paradox, before the latter was delayed and set to launch next year. Now, it is separated from the expansion and serves as a standalone quest and prologue to Duviri Paradox, alongside the introduction to Voruna.

Warframe’s next update, Lua’s Prey, is set to release on November 30 for all platforms. So, are you ready to jump back in, Tenno?

Players across all platforms are now able to wield the power of 'The She-Wolf of The Orokin'. Also included in the new update is the Void Adornment Bundle III, a bundle of Voidshell skins for Grendel, Mag, and Frost.

Lua's Prey is out now on all platforms.
