Westfield Broward, the Plantation mall at University Drive and Broward Boulevard, is adding a string of new restaurants and shops by year’s end.
The new restaurants are:
Cajun Boil, a Louisiana-style seafood restaurant, which has opened in Plantation. The restaurant already has a location in Miami and plans one in Davie.
107 Taste, an Asian Fusion restaurant offering spicy Ramen Korean style, Pad Thai and Japanese noodle dishes.
Starbucks, which recently opened on the first floor of the mall, near Macy’s.
Those additions bring the restaurants and eateries at the mall to more than 20, according to a news release.
The new stores:
Smart Comfort, which features sleep products including mattresses, adjustable bed frames, pillows and massage chairs, has opened at Westfield.
The B12 Store, which offers preventative care products ranging from vitamin injections to supplements, is scheduled to open in December.
Earthbound Trading Co., which offers fashion, gifts and meditation stones and candles, is coming soon to the mall.
G by Guess, an existing clothing, shoe and accessories store in the mall has relocated and expanded.
Westfield Broward also has added The Art Society, a rotating gallery space featuring local artists.
Beginning in 2017, Westfield Broward began a more than $20 million overhaul. Some renovation was prompted by the closure of Sears at the mall.
Anchors at the mall include Macy’s, J.C. Penney’s, Regal Cinemas and Dillard’s.
