The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 is one of the most anticipated games, well, probably of all time if we’re being honest. The first game is now widely considered to certainly be among the best TLOZ games ever made, but also many have it on their list of the greatest video games ever made. So, ahead of its release, many Nintendo fans are wondering when does Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 come out? Here’s everything we know so far.
Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 Release Date
Originally, the hotly anticipated sequel was slated for a vague 2022 release date. However, that changed with the announcement of a delay.
Now, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 will release in Spring 2023. At the time of this writing, there isn’t anything more specific than that or a hard release date. When that changes, we’ll be sure to update this post. But, by definition at least, you can expect The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 to release either in March, April, May, or June of 2023, unless Nintendo has a different concept of what spring means than the rest of us.
In reality, this isn’t a major delay since, likely, the game was probably going to come out at the very end of this year, but that clearly isn’t the case anymore.
